I took some Reisen chocolate caramels
Heat the top of chocolate with a lighter, I couldn't think of a better way, just until it gets glossy
Then dip in the salt of your choice for the final product
I did one with just the pink salt and one with a mix of pink and kosher. I know for next time that I need to use a little less salt. They were still good but I don't think anyone else would have liked them.
