Coconut Rice with Toasted Coconut and Sliced Almonds

So I decided to make the Naturally Thin Coconut Rice again but with a few changes.  First I made it in the rice cooker. 

While it was cooking I toasted the coconut, which came out really well

Then on to the slivered almonds

and here is the final product
