Caramalized Leek and Goat Cheese Omelet with Basil

Since I had my leeks all cooked up and some Goat Cheese in the fridge I figured that I was time to attempt to make my 'Diner' favorite, Leek and Goat Cheese Omelet.

What you'll need to make this:
2 Large Eggs
3 oz Goat Cheese
2 Basil Leafs - Chiffonade
3 T Caramelized Leeks

I got all my ingredients together and ready to go in the pan, Caramelized Leeks, Goat Cheese and Basil

I got my eggs and 3/4 of my basil in the pan

I added the goat cheese and let it cook, when it was plated I topped with the remaining basil
