So this is the pup who lives next door.

She's very protective but no matter how means she sounds it's hard to take her serious when she looks like this and this is how she lays around all day.

So simple and great to know how to make if you're out some night and you need 'em.  Toast some bread, whatever you have laying around, add it and some herbs to your food processor and done.

Threw this together the other night.  Too bad we were out of vanilla ice cream.  I totally forgot to brush an egg wash before baking so the crust isn't as dark as it should be.

This is the biggest dog in the world.  Doesn't make a 100 lb German Shepard look all that bad, huh?  He's so big it looks like he was painted into the picture.

I had made some fried Won Tons the other night (sorry no pics) and had some spinach artichoke filling leftover so I decided to smother some lasagna we were heating up for dinner in it along with some more sauce.  I had some leftover herb dough from the flat bread I had made so I fried it up and baked it with some parm cheese in the oven until melted.  It was pretty tasty for a "leftovers" dinner.

These are so simple and one of my favorite new summer sides.  All you add is an egg, 4 T flour and I've been throwing in breadcrumbs and some grated parm cheese.

So Zucchini was on sale this week and since I love it I grabbed a bunch.  I've been searching for ideas on how to use it and we had a friend over for dinner the other night so it motivated me and I came up with 3 ways to use it for dinner.

Trying to use my camera more and more.  Might as well take the pics while we still have flowers left.
