Cooking School - Frico

So since I was making French Onion soup I wanted to have a cool garnish for it.  I've always wanted to make these and for some reason never have.  So the first step was to grate the cheese
I laid everything on the non-stick baking sheet after pre-heating the oven
Now the instructions called for them to be baked at 400 for 3 minutes.  I had this one in for 3 times as long and even bumped the temp up to 450.  I know next time that I should spread the cheese thinner but I think it might have to do with the altitude too.  I'll need to do some research on that.
