So Pete hit the mountain again today and I stayed home to get a jump on cooking dinner for tomorrow and to do some spring cleaning and laundry. I mainly focused on our room since I will normally clean from Living Room to the back of the apartment which means our room just has everything thrown into waiting to be sorted.
I needed to plant the pods I had seeded into pots before they died so here is what sprouted.
I'm planning on having my next batch of pods just herbs, so we'll see how it does. 0 of the 4 I planted did anything. I think that the seeds are just too old and I might need to buy some more. Good thing Walmart's seeds are so cheap.
When Pete got home he hopped in the shower and I heated up some of the chicken from the other night. I made some more sauce and this time I had the fresh parsley needed. It really does make it look so much nicer.
We watched the race and TV for a bit before having dinner. I was beat so we had frozen nuggets and fries for dinner. It was quick and easy so it hit the spot.
