Want some Caviar?

The Russian government has installed 33 vending machines in it's ministries and other offices that sell caviar!  I'm not quite sure if that's something I'd buy from a vending machine.  They aren't even selling the good stuff, only red salmon and roe.

    my husbands reply to that was "the arabs have installed vending machines for gold ingot".
