New Cover Letter

To Whom It May Concern:

I was very excited to come across your job posting on Craig's List.  Currently I am looking for a position where my writing background will be utilized.  I feel that I am the perfect candidate because I have the experience and background needed to complete all the duties listed for this position. 

For the past 10 years I have been an Executive Assistant and Office Manager in New York City but since relocating to Colorado I have reevaluated my priorities and am looking for an occupation that allows me to leave the office behind at the end of the day.

Each position I've held has allowed me to strengthen my skills as a writer.  As the Office Manager for Delivery.com I wrote articles for our website knowledge base, drafted press releases, and was responsible for the majority of office communications and correspondence.  During my employment at The New Water Street Corporation,  I wrote a blog on the endangered Peregrine falcons whose habitat was located on the side of our building and currently I have started a few blogs of my own.
