Easter Bunny Cupcakes

I found this picture and am using it as my inspiration for my Easter Cupcakes.  This is totally semi-homemade.  Store bought Carrot Cake Mix and cream cheese frosting, that I colored green.

Jelly Belly's and Peeps for decoration.  

 I decided that I was going to tint coconut flakes greens for a grass detail instead of using the frosting.

 I filled a few cups with batter and since moving here I've learned that 350 is really 375 when baking

I've been using these snack baggies I bought by accident as a pastry bag until I can get a real one and some tips. 

So here is the final product - Version 1 - I like this one the best.
