Mother's Day for Bethenny

So news broke that Bethenny, from Housewives of NY fame, had her baby the day before Mother's Day.  Perfect timing!  Her daughter Bryn was born almost a month early but everything is looking good.  4 lbs, is so tiny so I'm happy everything is OK. 

When I was reading the article I noticed it was linked to photo's from her wedding in March.  I came across this picture.

I'm so taken aback by the shoes!  I would wear flats, go barefoot anything but those!  If I was forced at gun point to put them on and I definitely wouldn't let anyone take a picture for a magazine.  There are plenty of women who wear stiletto's when they are preggo, Bethenny included.  So I'm just a little confused.
