So I had some beef stock that I'm not planning on using any time soon that I decided to freeze in individual packages to save it. I was really surprised how expensive the all Natural Beef Stock is so I don't want any of it to spoil. I think they came out good.
Great idea!! it works well with left over wine too!!
ReplyDeleteThanks Chef Dennis, I'll have to try it with some sangria this summer. That way the drinks won't get watered down with ice cubes.
