BLT's with Organic Tomato Soup

Not exactly the best picture but I was hungry.  I'm really hoping that my tomatoes will be better than the ones at the store.  I've never had such unappetizing tomatoes in my life on such a consistent basis.  I'm waiting for the weather to warm up before I do my hanging tomatoes.  I don't like the way anything is growing in our apartment.  I'm trying to give as much light as I can to them and it just doesn't look like enough.
