Moroccan Shrimp & Rice

So I'm trying to use up the first batch of lentils I pulled out of the freezer.  I'll say they held up pretty good, a little watery but not too bad.  I pulled out some shrimp to defrost but no matter how much comes out of the freezer it still seems packed full.  Not a bad thing I guess.

I seasoned the shrimp with some Old Bay Seasoning and cayenne pepper.  I let them sit in the fridge for about an hour before I sauteed them up with some olive oil.

Jasmine rice finished off the plate.

Plus of course the ever present veggies, yellow zucchini slices
