Dolphin seen in East River

Man, we leave NY and all this cool stuff happens.  There was a Dolphin seen in the East River and the video below was filmed by someone walking home from work. 

Now I haven't worked near the river for 6 years at least, so I wouldn't have seen it anyway and I lived in Greenpoint/Williamsburg Brooklyn not near the water but still!
