The premise is that you sign on to this video chat site and you are randomly matched. From what they said on the morning news the other day when they tested it you never know what you're going to end up with.
About 10 of the 50 people they were matched with were vulgar. What a surprise right? As of now they don't have a way to block users but the developer said that he's working on fixing the problem.
Now I was reading Perez like I do everyday and there was a mention that someone ran into "Paris Hilton" on it.
