I thought people at the Apple Store are supposed to be smart?

Ahh the Apple Store,  this is an actual pic of the Park Meadows Store.  I just have to say the malls here are amazing.

If you read my previous post about how my initial trip went then this really shouldn't surprise you too much.   I called the store this morning to see if the faceplate needed to repair my MacBook had arrived.  When I tried explaining it to the girl on the phone we ended up creating our own Abbot & Costello routine.  She did tell me to call back at 10:00 when the geniuses arrive.  I don't think truer words have ever been spoken.
