Whitney Port: Fashion Criminal?

It's being reported by TMZ that Whitney Port, of The Hills and The City fame

is being sued by Adrienne Baravetto who states that she did most of the design work for the line then was cut out of the deal once it started getting media attention.  Sounds like the fashion world to me.
