And here is the final product with some brown rice. It would have been the white rice that came with it and I decided to throw it on the stove and it was really gross. Just mush, thank goodness we have a rice maker.
After our long day in Steamboat I was ready to make the easiest thing in the house and that was, as Pete calls it, Chinese Chicken.
Of course we added our own touch, we threw in some broccoli. Here it is on the stove.
