Salmon Flavored Vodka?

According to the AP Wasilla, Alaska has a new product for export.  The Alaska Distillery in Wasilla just launched their latest vodka flavor - Smoked Salmon!  I'm not sure that this is something that I could drink.  And what would you mix it with?
