Multi Colored Bacon?

Graphic designer Neil Caldwell has created multi-colored bacon that comes in blue, yellow, green, pink, purple, and red - and retains its color even after it's cooked!


Rocco Loosbrock of BaconToday says:

“It was just kind of a joke that’s gotten a lot of attention. Neil submitted this to us, and we put out his photos on our Web site. It’s gotten a lot of attention, and a million page views. It’s unique and fun. We’ll keep on the case, though, and see if we can’t get you a recipe for this colorful concoction."

I thought that we were trying to move away from eating food that was packed full of unnatural ingredients?  There are no plans to distribute this but I think even if it was it's something I can go without ever trying.
