So I have been doing a little bit of cooking. I read recently that you need to really check the expiration dates on packaged cake/cookie mixes so I've been trying to use what I have in the house. I decided to use some awesome Huckleberry Jam that our roommates offered to the cause and some raspberry we had laying around so we'd have some choices. Everyone enjoyed them.
